90 Days Returns / Exchange Policy
Here are detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy is calculated from the date of receipt of the order. Please see if any of these apply to you, and if the item (s) is covered by our 90 Return Policy.
Return and exchange conditions
1. Please contact our customer service first for your return request and the request should be approved.
Important Note: All items returned without authorization will not be accepted !!
2. The return and exchange period should not exceed 90 days from the date of purchase.
3. All items must be returned in new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
1. Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, spas, and hot tubs. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
2. The products are damaged by misuse, improper handling or improper maintenance.
3. A replacement will not be accepted for a refund.
4. Silver coins are detailed by oxidation, over time they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to make it look original.
5. We do not accept any returns for personalized photo charm (s), unless the appearance of the image is different from the photo provided to Iswan as detailed in our 90 Day Return / Exchange Policy section.
Return / exchange procedure
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service representative for help first: email@example.com

Step 2: Place the item (s) in their original packaging and seal the package securely.
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return terms. (About 5-7 working days)
Finally, we will send you an email once we have processed your return or exchange.
Once our customer service has approved your request, returns will be processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your package. The funds will go to your original payment account (around 5-7 business days), depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: All PayPal payments can only be refunded through PayPal, all debit or credit card payments will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.
Reimbursement of shipping costs
Shipping charges and original insurance are non-refundable. While you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original shipping charges for each order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping costs.
For products which are not damaged but the customer wants to return, you can contact our customer service first to request a refund.We receive the product without damage and will arrange a refund for you within two to three working days. . (Note: The shipping cost for this process is the responsibility of the customer)
Iswan will refund the customer US $ 10 as return shipping costs under the following circumstances:

1. Customers received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Please Note: Iswan reserves the right not to process the refund if it is returned in an unacceptable condition.
